Weekend Update
I rounded out my week with a trip to Mass Moca and Williams College Art Museum.
I was particularly interested in Jason Middlebrook and Joseph Montgomery's exhibits. Middlebrook's scuplture entitled "Falling Water was amazing- bringing the outdoors indoors. Montgomery's later sculptural paintings created a strong presence with a minimalist quality. The echoing of repetitive form is the framework for each piece.

My reference for the landscapes is the quiet yet complicated beauty of the White Mountains of New Hampshire.
